How often should I clean my Slush Machine?

Assuming your machine has a night mode and you use it, we still advise you to clean your machine completely once a week. On that day, empty your machine and just throw away the rest. And don't think "what a waste, I still have so much left and I'll put it back in my just-cleaned machine". Silly, silly, silly!

If your slush machine does not have a night mode and you turn it off at night, always measure the temperature of your product in the morning upon arrival at your business. Product that has warmed up to more than +5 degrees at night should be thrown away, and then clean the machine. You don't want to become front-page news in your local newspaper, do you?
