Keeping the slush machine and cooling system optimal

A slush machine actually doesn't require much maintenance:

• Clean the storage containers at least once a week with lukewarm water and cleaning agent. Never put plastic parts in the dishwasher!
• At least once a month, remove the side panels and vacuum out the dust. Do this after the machine has had its weekly cleaning, preferably during the quietest time of the week. Your customers really don't need to see this.
• If you don't use your machine in winter, disassemble it and store it in a clean, dry place. Oh, and mice love the inside of ice cream machines, so don't store it in a "shed."
