Ratio of Syrup to Water>>>> Important!

Every package of slush syrup has instructions in Dutch. These are usually 1 part syrup to 3 parts water.

Maintaining this ratio is crucial, as otherwise your expensive slush machine could be damaged. A new drive motor can easily cost €200 to €300 and will always break on a hot day, giving you a good opportunity to sell it.

Never pour slush syrup directly into your machine; always mix it in a 5-liter mixing cup outside of the machine. It might seem silly, but always mix your syrup with cold water.

NEVER use lemonade syrup instead of slush syrup. Lemonade syrup contains far too little sugar, which will damage your machine's drive motor.
