Pre-cooling, the smartest tip during hot days!
Sometimes you just sell a lot of slush. The result is that it goes faster than your slush machine can keep up, and the product becomes far too thin.
You can easily solve this by placing a few canisters of ready-to-use product in the refrigerator beforehand. You can then top it up with extra cold product, and it will freeze quickly.
Finally, a bonus tip: Use a digital thermometer to measure the temperature around your machine. Do this during the busiest time of day. Make sure there's plenty of space around your machine, at least 50cm. The cooling system draws in air from one side of your machine and blows it out 10 degrees hotter on the other side.
