How often should I clean my Slush Machine?

That is a very important question!

Assuming your machine has a night mode and you use it, we still advise you to completely clean your machine once a week. Sell off the remaining product in your machine that day and just throw away the rest. And don't think "what a waste, I have so much left and I'll put it back in my freshly cleaned machine". Silly, silly, silly!

 

If your slush machine does not have a night mode and you turn it off at night, always measure the temperature of your product in the morning upon arrival at your business. Product that has become warmer than +5 degrees overnight should be discarded, and then the machine should be cleaned. You don't want to make headlines in your local newspaper, do you?
