Machine off in winter? (or not)

Only you can answer this question. A slush machine is a huge profit-maker, but you do, of course, need to consider whether it's viable during the colder months.

We have a rule that a minimum of 5 cups must be sold per day. If you don't reach that limit, you'll have to clean them up!
